Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you read our terms and conditions before booking an appointment with us. A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking redeemable against treatment (should you be suitable). A full payment is required for our packages as these are booked in advance for you. We also ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, as any longer may result in the loss of your appointment and deposit. Additionally, please note that all payments are non-refundable once your appointment has been booked. Appointment rescheduling is required to be done 48 hours prior. If you wish to bring a plus one to your appointment, please gain approval 48 hours in advance as we have a limited number of people allowed in the clinical area at any one time. There is also a gap between each appointment to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
